What woods are available?
Available but not limited to:
Ash, Bocote, Canarywood, Curly Maple, Cocobolo, Cocobolo (Mixed), Dark Walnut,
Olivewood (Bethlehem), Olivewood (Italian), Red Cedar, Tigerwood, Wenge,
Zebrawood, and many more.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround for custom orders will vary depending on availability of the wood and
Components ordered. We will inform you of the expected completion time and shipping
or delivery dates every step of the way.
What is the return policy?
A full refund is available on returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. For all
returns outside of the 30 days, or damaged pens, please contact us to discuss available
solutions.
How do I care for my pen to ensure it lasts?
Please remember to keep your pen out of direct sunlight or any extreme temperatures.
Keep chemicals and detergents away from your pen as well. Keep your pen out of your
pockets. Do not set anything on your pen. Microfiber is suggested to clean your pen if
needed.
Do you offer a monthly subscription or VIP packages for collectors?
Yes. Shane’s Pens Plus offers a monthly subscription for collectors. We offer a three
month subscription, six-month subscription, and a year subscription. For information on
VIP packages, please contact us.
