What materials can I choose from for my custom pen?
We offer various metal kits, like brass and sterling silver, brass, copper, grey fasiners, etc. We also offer various woods to choose from, such as pine, African padauk, blood wood, Bethlehem olivewood, zebrawood, and jatoba. If you don't see what you want, let's talk; we might be able to custom order what you're specifically looking for.
How long does it take to make a custom pen?
Typically, it takes about 1-2 weeks to craft a custom pen, depending on the complexity and materials used. Will we have to special order a specific wood? Are there any custom engravings being done? Are you wanting a single or a vip kit?
Can I get a pen engraved with a personal message or name
We specialize in engraving personalized initials, messages, names, or dates to make each pen uniquely yours. Message us and let's talk about what specifically you're looking for.
Do you offer VIP packages?
Yes! Every month we hand select and assemble 3-5 VIP custom kits for our most loyal pen enthusiasts!
What is your return policy on custom pens?
Due to the personalization of our products, we do not offer returns on custom pens. However, we ensure client satisfaction with a preview and approval process before finalizing the product. If for whatever reason, your pen brakes, please reach out and we can work something out!
How do I care for my custom pen to ensure it lasts
Keep your pen clean with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and chemicals. For wooden pens, occasional polishing with a suitable wood conditioner is recommended.
